The DEI Committee of the VACDE has put together an exit survey to gather insight into why Virginia's SWCD employees are leaving their Districts. Please feel free to fill out as little or as much of this survey as you feel comfortable. All individual responses will remain confidential. The general data we collect may be used by the VACDE to compile and share reports about SWCD employee turnover and ways to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
